Sunset Center

This was an electrically complex project for a very high profile historic building widely loved by the community. Our drawings successfully coordinated sophisticated sound systems and theatrical systems with life safety systems for fire alarm annunciation, emergency lighting, etc. The collaboration on the interior lighting design by Aurum’s Steve Cate and ARG’s Philip Rossetti created a wonderful result. Aurum’s scope of work included undergrounding a city block of overhead utilities to allow expansion of stage right, incorporation of a fire pump, a new electrical service and design of new telephone and data networks. We are very proud of our participation in this successful project.
