This remodel of an existing Medical Office Building into a modern Surgery Center was LEED Gold certified. The Surgery Center is equipped with three Operating Rooms, Recovery Areas, Procedure Room and Offices. Aurum has designed electrical and low voltage systems for numerous OSHPD medical facilities.
