The 52 unit and 143 unit low-income apartment projects for the local Housing Authority dictated an economy of design elements. The handsome result is durable economical units for the folks that work in the Salinas Valley agriculture industry. Aurum designed interior lighting, power, fire alarm, telephone and cable TV systems, and multi- meter electric services to the building clusters. Site and street lighting was designed for the city block sized projects.
